• Assist in developing inflatable products (Basketball/ American football, Volleyball, Soccer Ball) and innovation pipeline. • Assist in managing day to day sample development with suppliers. • Coordinate with vendors on new inflate prototype product/project. • Product testing result analysis. • Occasional travel to Asia countries is required.

- Assist the Manager to communicate between factories, local Quality Control Inspector and Internal Teams - Coordinate with R&D and QC for quick implementation of solutions - Risk Identification and solutions finding - Prepare and validate regular quality performance reports - Evaluate process audit reports and measurement data. - Establish and maintain electronic shipment inspection reports - Assure shipment quality (cosmetic, paint adhesion, packing and physical properties)

• Oversee, manage and coordinate all aspects of fabric quality within Amer Sports brands, T1 and T2 • Make sure all quality and delivery requirements are met. • Participate in MD seasonal development review process to drive prevention initiatives. • Be familiar with and clearly define materials quality, and policy expectations for vendors as required. • To monitor all quality aspects of material during the development and production processes. • Clearly communicate and document all concerns and potential problems. Inspect fabric or fabric process to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. • Visiting fabric mills to trouble shoot and ensure that there are no problems with bulk. • Educate, train and certify Suppliers factory Auditor Process; decertify as required. Initiate and follow up with corrective action plan as required. • Promoting material quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization, setting up and maintaining controls and documentation; • Collating and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters. • Manage suppliers quality performance: Maintain Amer Sports initiatives at suppliers’ level. Analyze Supplier Quality Performance information; establish timely Root Cause analysis and Corrective Action. • Train and certify Suppliers materials personnel on Material 4 points inspection process and requirement. • Maintain the accuracy of data. Communicate and collaborate with respective parties on negative materials quality performance trend; be familiar with same Vendor’s performance indicators. • Communicate with and initiatives to develop Prevention Systems to include Process Capability Analysis, Process Improvement, Critical Quality Specifications etc.

Able to identify submissions are on spec in terms of size/technique/color/shape/function. Able to escalate to material developer or manager when issue occur. • Heat transfer vs. fabric bonding tests tracking. • Trim submit form collecting & upload material data into system(Centric). • Package sending. • Releasing forecast to T2s.
