(1) Reception/ Switchboard: Greet & guide visitor/ client at their arrival. Notify
the end-user being visited and show the guest in the meeting room/ Handle
all incoming calls in a professional manner and redirect incoming calls
(2) Reception/ Switchboard: Maintain the lobby area & public in order and
display machine‘s function
(3) Reception/ Switchboard: Maintain and update staff contact list and
headcount report when there is a new comer.
(4) Manage incoming mails and courier dispatched to the individual &

(6) Coordinate courier services/ managed and registered mails for sending to
(7) Management Badge management & Sync with Building elevator card
(8) Onboarding preparation: Employee business card, Seat arrangement and
name tag, Phone set up, etc…
(9) Issue, register, collect and proceed payment for Taxi voucher, maintain Taxi
(10) Office cleaning& facilities coordination
(11) Monthly/Annual budget review
(12) Asset/ Keys/ Locker management
(13) Demo Loan Owner
(14) Maintain all contract, leasing, printer, etc.
(15) Proceed PO, invoicing and vendor payment for facilities relative items
(16) Event Support: Team Building, Training (all need to contact supplier, ask for
quotation & process payment…), etc.
(17) Non-FM: Employee expense report filing
