1. Verification of production line failures at integration site 2. Trouble shoots product failure and replaces the defective part. 3. Analyse defects at customer integration sites and identify whether defects related to product quality or customer integration process. 4. Generate and publish verification reports and ensure all product quality issues are documented and communicated to business team 5. Review and agree verification results with customer. Use failure analysis data to resolve any difference of opinion. 6. Coordinate internal resource (R&D, production line) and act as first tier to deal with customer. 7. Train and support local 3rd party service center. 8. Required to work independently.
• Support the Manager and Asst. Managers to achieve the financial, service and other related goals that have been set for the outlet • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas • Maintain complete knowledge of all items in the lounge, bars and tea stations such as menu items, prices, presentation of the drinks, quality standard of taste, etc • Compile a Master tea list and update from time to time; source suppliers, new products and ongoing promotion • Assist in getting sponsorship for tea promotions • Liaise with suppliers for promotions, product knowledge & availability, new product research • Assist and work closely with Beverage Service Attendants in assigned station on service timing, additional table wares for tea counters set-up and preparatory work. Make sure it is up to standards • Monitor and maintain the quality of all teas served. Offer tea recommendations to Guests when necessary • Provide all team members with a daily briefing to inform them of special items, changes in procedures, VIP guests, new operating policies or information deemed to be of general interest • Check quality and amount of all teas stocks regularly. Assist the manager to monitor item expiry dates • Monitor feedback of guests on their experience. Note comments for later discussion with the Manager or Asst. Managers • Provide continuous training to Team Members on tea brewing and skills for handling various tea and tea wares
