Job Description • Daily communication with Kuehne-Nagel overseas colleagues and customers • Accomplish shipping instruction from customer & Kuehne-Nagel office • Clarify shipment requirement & delivery term to ensure proper execution in company‘s system • Customer Profile / SOP follow up • Quotation maintain & setup in Kuehne-Nagel system • Dealing with basic Minimum Selling Rate quote rate request • Fulfill customer‘s requirement exactly • Follow-up on customer inquires till job completion • Report customer feedback to manager & trouble shooting • Respond to customer complaints • Provide customers with product and service information • Complete daily logs • Other duties as assigned
