面試總會遇到許多沒有準備到的問題，但唯有一個是絕對會遇到的就是「自我介紹」，一個好的自我介紹不但能給面試官非常好的第一印象，同時好的開頭也能讓你比較不緊張，讓接下來的面試更順利！
這次就介紹面試中最入門卻最重要的自我介紹如何準備！
1. 時間儘量控制在 2–3分鐘內，同時也能準備 30-1分鐘的簡短版
2. 以具體事件佐證你說的話
3. 講重點，其他無關的無需贅述
1. 使用大量形容詞介紹自己（呼應上方第二點）
2. 講述過多經歷細節（保留些空白讓面試官問）
一，申請動機（為什麼你選我？）
二，符合的特質和能力（為什麼我選你？）
建議能從以下三個問題切入：
1.為什麼是這個產業？ ex. 成長性、產業特性、與你經歷相關
2.為什麼是這個公司？ex. 公司文化、產品、擅長領域
3.為什麼是這個職位？ ex. 相關經驗、興趣、能力、未來發展
建議能透過以下三件事來準備：
1.挑出目標職位最重視的 3–5 個特質與能力
2.找出你展現這些特質的經歷
3.以實際事件具體描述展現該特質的經歷
