• 推動倉庫內 工作健康與安全 計畫的持續實施，以期減少負面 工作健康與安全，並提高對 MLH 安全管理系統和相關法規的遵守程度。 • 管理日常倉庫區域，包括：物流需求、客戶訂單、接收庫存、調度、監督員工監控庫存交易、循環盤點和對帳活動的準確性 • 根據營運需求建立或調整工作程序或排班表以滿足倉庫需求 • 確定業務成本節約並遵守預算 • 確定需要改進的領域並採取相應行動 • 制定/解釋公司政策/程序或工作指示給工人並執行安全規定。 • 提出措施改善服務質量，提高部門和工作人員的效率以及設備性能。 • 指導倉庫的所有營運方面，包括營運、客戶服務、人力資源和行政管理。 • 透過分配任務、確定優先事項並確保團隊了解他們的工作目標，為團隊成員提供指導和方向 • 指導和發展團隊成員的知識和技能，以提高營運效率 • 培養高績效的團隊文化，營造正向的工作氛圍 • 設計適當的機制來檢查個人工作進度並確保結果令人滿意 • 安排訂單配送 • 完成主管安排的其他工作 • Drive the continuous implementation of WHS initiatives within the warehouse, with a view to reducing negative WHS outcomes and increasing compliance to the MLH Safety Management System and relevant legislation. • Manage daily warehouse areas including: logistics requirements, customer orders, receiving of incoming stock, dispatch, oversee staff to monitor accuracy of inventory transactions, cycle counts and reconciliation activities. • Establish or adjust work procedures or rosters to meet warehouse demands as dictated by operational requirements • Identify cost savings to the business and adhere to the budgets • Identify areas for improvements and action accordingly • Develop/interpret company policies/procedures or work instructions to workers and enforcing safety regulations. • Recommend measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance. • Direct all operational aspects of the warehouse including operations, customer service, human resources and administration. • Provide guidance and direction to team members through assigning tasks, establishing priorities and ensuring the team understands what they are working towards • Coach and develop the knowledge and skills of team members with the goal of improving operational efficiencies • Develop a team culture of high performance and create a positive work atmosphere • Design appropriate mechanisms for checking on individual work progress and ensuring outcomes are satisfactory • Utilise company policies and procedures and role model company values and behaviours • Arrange order deliveries • Complete any other duties as assigned by supervisor

1)倉庫進貨作業/出貨作業/上架作業/包裝作業 2)需搬重物 3)依主管交辦事項作業 4)需開車/騎車出貨與取貨 5)需具備汽機車駕照 6)有堆高機駕駛經驗或堆高機駕照者尤佳(無經驗可學) 7)對堆高機零件有興趣者 (可由基層學起)
