    -Manage project teams’ activities, including providing an appropriate flow of information within teams, arranging and coordinating team meetings, following up action on decisions taken and ensuring that appropriate records are kept and reports are provided on all aspects of the project. -In assist with project leader on budget control, resource management and business planning. -Develop project budgets and work schedules in consultation with relevant personnel, monitproject expenditure and progress and report against targets. -Develop briefs, engaging and managing external consultants and contractors -Undertake other project related duties as required.

    1. Survey industry status and market trend for planning of fair promotion activities. 2. Execute promotion plans for recruiting fair exhibitors. 3. Maintain customer relation and provide service to the fair participants. 4. Reach Selling target & implement promotion activities on time.
