Prepare monthly journal entries to be posted in local ERP system as required (ODOO) • Perform Account reconciliations (monthly) • Prepare the audit support schedules and complete the Controllers Audit file as required (yearly) • Prepare Inter/Intra company billings and reconciliations with the other Divisions (monthly) • Prepare invoices to internal and external customers (monthly) • Follow-up on Intercompany balances and AR aging (monthly) • Manage cash activities • Review and obtain approval of invoices for payment through Accounts Payable • Prepare vendor payments through bank / treasury systems • Review departmental expense reports • Assist with the completion of other monthly closing activities as required • Interact with external CPA firm on tax and other financial activities • Assist with consolidation of month end close from overseas manufacturing locations • Assist with the completion of CAPEX activity for fixed assets (including tracking and reviewing the project spending requests) • Assist with the completion of the various quarterly and business plan reporting schedules

【Job Responsibilities】 • Design and review 2D and 3D mechanical drawings. • Manage the processes of mold outsourcing, mold opening, and mold testing. • Resolve mechanical issues arising during mass production. • Oversee mold design, mold opening, and mold testing, as well as review and modify molds. • Coordinate the production, testing, analysis, and improvement of products. • Lead trial production reviews and design modifications. • Assist in resolving mechanical issues in mass production and manufacturing processes. • Handle product development design and address anomalies during mass production. • Assess the feasibility of mold opening and be familiar with DFM reports. • Write and maintain quality system documentation. • Manage departmental documents and data. • Create and manage product engineering technical documents. • Manage engineer‘s tasks in Jira • Define quality requirements of the mechanical parts we design and make 我們上下班不打卡，員工都是自律的正常上下班； 工作環境及氣氛良好，對於想要增加語言能力及了解英語工作環境的工作者，都非常的歡迎。 https://titoma.com/
