Supports operations, sales, marketing and product procurement strategies, providing operational and pricing support to close business opportunities. Communicate business observations, market trends, customer feedback, etc. • Manages Ocean carrier relationships • Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified. • Completes monthly trend analysis • Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed • Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ • Conducts Market Intelligence reporting • Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team • Reviews service contract amendments • Submits all contracts and amendments once signed or approved • Maintains CWW Rate Matrix • Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations. Responsible for the production, safety and efficiency of warehouse operations. Oversees the processes of receiving, storing, inventorying, pulling, packing as well as tracking and monitoring shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in the warehouse. • Supervises planned layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. • Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff. • Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems. • Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to ensure better efficiency and cohesion. • Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution. • Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment, through a third-party vendor, and safeguards company assets. • 需熟悉FTZ自貿港營運 • 需持有【自貿港自主管理專責人員】證書 • 需持有【甲種職業安全衛生業務主管】證照

• Develop new targets and opportunities for the country • Organize sales calls with new potentials and current customers and keep good communication with major contact windows • Conduct market data research, identify sales leads and sent to overseas to activate more opportunities • Actively communicate with overseas sales to probe for any business opportunities and proactively work with them together to develop more new targets and opportunities • Manage and implement the development of business with Global Customers to help with the delivery of targeted revenue and profitability levels in line with plans. • Maintain and develop strong relationship with current customers and penetrate for further expansion of business • Work with Senior Global Account Manager closely to develop pricing strategy to obtain balance of business potential and profitability growth • Organize sales promotion if needed to stimulate sales activities with overseas offices • Maintain up-to-date assigned key account profile and opportunities in Vision properly • Ensure effective reporting of all activities of the Customers to Senior Global Account Manager on a weekly, monthly and annual basis • Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management
