About the role: The Asia Procurement Manager will oversee a team of buyers, guiding their development and providing strategic direction. This role involves close collaboration with management teams in North America and the Taiwan office, as well as seamless coordination across departments. Responsibilities include analyzing data such as purchasing history and raw material indexes to identify opportunities for negotiation. The manager will lead significant negotiations with suppliers in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and India. Requirements: -10+ years of fastener buying and/or sourcing experience -University degree -Demonstrated skills in Supplier Negotiations -Strong Data Analysis skills -Advanced Microsoft Excel skills -Ability to communicate well in written English -Fluent in Mandarin -Ability to travel in Southeast Asia and India, and occasionally to North America
