Sales Administrator 業務助理
Responsibilities
• Provide administration and clerical support to all office administration routines, including answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail, etc.
• Provide administration support to sales team.
• Updating and maintaining trading systems.
• Preparation of daily, bi-monthly, and monthly reports.
• Helping managers scheduling meetings, follow up tasks, deadline.
• Taking meeting minutes and summarizing meeting notes for internal meetings.
• Any ad hoc projects
Requirements
• Degree holder with 1+ year of administrative working experience.
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.
• Mature, pleasant, responsible & self-discipline.
• Ability to handle work independently, structurally, systematically, and in a fast pace environment.
• Good team player.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Position
Sales Manager (GPU/CPU/Key Commodity)
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the GPU/CPU or other key commodity markets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients who require GPU or other key commodity solutions in China and other Southeast Asian regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in GPU/CPU technology, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel server processors and server modules to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Participate and assist in ad hoc projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor‘s degree or above in any discipline.
• 7+ years of electronics sales experience in franchise, distribution, or manufacturing— has working experience in Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Samsung, Hynix, Micron is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of GPU/CPU technology, particularly NVIDIA and AMD products, as well as Intel server processors and server modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
