Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operation of production line, monitor production plan, quality and delivery schedule • Plan, implement and monitor production systems, work flows and procedures to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the company‘s cost and quality control • Execute evaluation on production capability & performance and report to senior management on regular basis • Provide technical advice & support to senior management, internal staff & customers to resolve technical or quality problems of the production line • Liaise with various departments and allocate manpower to execute and achieve the Company‘s production plan and target • Resolve critical issues of production, quality, deliveries and claims with senior management and customers Requirements: • Degree / tertiary education or equivalent in Industrial & System Engineering / Textiles & Clothing or other related discipline is preferred • 8 years relevant working experience in managing garment production with at least 3 years in managerial level • Possess strong leadership, planning and analytical skills with problem solving and result- oriented attitude and open to new concepts • Positive, pro-active, able to work independently under pressure and communicate with all level 生產部經理 / 總監 (駐孟加拉) 職責： • 管理生產線的日常運作，監控生產計劃、質量和出貨時間表 • 計劃、推行和監控生產系統、工作流程和程序，提高公司的成本和質量控制的效能及效率 • 評估生產能力和表現並定期向管理層匯報 • 提供技術建議及支援予管理層、內部同事和客戶以解決生產線上的技術或質量問題 • 與各相關部門協調、調配人員並確實執行及達成公司各項生產指標 • 與管理層和客戶商討解決生產、質量、交貨和索賠等關鍵問題 要求： • 持工業系統工程 / 紡織及服裝或其他相關學科的學位 / 大專或同等學歷者優先 • 具8年或以上管理成衣生產經驗，其中最少3年為主管級或以上 • 具良好的領導、規劃和分析能力，有解決問題和以結果為導向的態度，能接受新概念 • 具正面及積極性格，能在壓力下獨立工作及與各階層人士溝通

Job Responsibilities • Perform strong leadership in Total Quality Management and supervise a team to monitor the quality of sampling and mass production • Develop and implementation of quality control plans to meet or exceed customer specifications and industry standards • Profound knowledge of social responsibility, health and safety, environmental compliance, labor laws, and regulations in manufacturing environments • Develop, improve and document methods for analyzing and producing products in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production records • Set up regular procedures to ensure the good quality of products to be produced and delivered. Oversight of quality control processes and procedures for production • Maintains the entire QA system to meet all product standards & fulfill customers’ requirements • Provide technical solutions/ recommendations to identify the quality issues when needs. To build up a good relationships and effective communication channels with all related parties • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by top management or headquarters Job Requirements • Bachelor‘s degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field • At least 8 to 10 years of related work experience in either Garment Casual & Fashion wear, Sportswear industries or garment field of manufacturing industries. To have minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control management role within the fabrics or textile components industry • Capable in multi-tasking with analytical mindset and details oriented. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and industry standards • Familiar with ISO/LEAN system and rich on-site quality management experience, ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures to maintain product excellence. Knowledge in latest quality management and good manufacturing practices. • Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill • Fluent both spoken and written English is a MUST
