UC UniK Technology has been dedicated to the manufacturing of trailer connectors and wiring harness assemblies for nearly 40 years. Our products are distributed across the Americas, Oceania, the Middle East, and Northeast Asia. In addition to upholding the automotive industry‘s high standards for quality, we support our customers in designing, developing, and validating market-specific automotive electronic systems and products—delivering comprehensive, one-stop solutions and business service models.
In recent years, we have focused on corporate transformation, placing user experience at the heart of our R&D strategy. We‘ve developed AIoT-driven automotive systems for power supply, energy management, and system monitoring. Through mobile apps, users can access real-time system data, while cloud-based platforms enable remote monitoring and instant alerts—bringing smart functionality to traditional components.

1. 負責製造生產、物料入出庫等廠務之統籌。
2. 管控單一產線之生產排程、產量。
3. 負責單一產線作業之規劃與管理，以提升產能降低成本。
4. 確實執行生產目標，並達成各項生產指標。
5. 負責所管轄人員的工作監督與績效考核。
6. 協作管理衛生、品質、排程、生產、報工等生產相關事項。
