Excellent knowledge in Polyform material, engineering, and technical specification. 5. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban, IATF 1649, ISO 14001 and other statutory rules with respect to safety, environment and labour is an advantage. 6. 1. Minimum of 10 years work-experience as a team leader responsible to sell keypad or rubber products 1. Improve overall sales performance and to further expand business footprint in Thailand and overseas sales in Asia region. 2. Leading Asia sales team by focusing unique selling proposition product and to explore new application/new industry. 3. Expand and develop new customer from target new sales region in Asia. 4. Assist sales to handle existing customer and develop new project with oriented project acquisition result. 5. Assist sales of Involvement in project management and co-ordination with customer and internally of new project kick off, e.g. Early Supplier Involvement, project conference of APQP progress, FA sample, and technical feasibility discussion until PPAP approval stage. 6. Required to work independently to identify area of improvement and provide recommendation to resolve issues and obtained agreement and buy-off from task owners. 5. Experience in formal quality processes such as ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other well- developed continuous improvement programs. Conduct internal audits to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. 〝1. Graduate of Mechanical/Science/Mechatronic Engineering with atleast 5 years extensive work experience in an automotive manufacturing company as New product Quality Engineer or higher 2. Support and verify all p-FMEA/d-FMEA/control plan/ PPAP/MSA requirements for the new projects and manage TFC/TFS activities including all key activities as per APQP and project kick off sheet . 3. Independently responsible of quality management processes like APQP, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, MSA, PPAP, SPC tools, Root Cause Analysis, etc. 4. Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 system and other ISO standard which applies to an automotive industry. 5. Experience in handling rubber/ silicone rubber products. Able to read mechanical drawings and ability to use measuring equipment like CMM. 6. Ability to speak English language is a must.
