工作職責： ⭕️電話接聽與資訊登記 ⭕️日常事件回報 ⭕️活動宣傳與訊息製作：製作補習班活動的宣傳單（DM）並精準發送給家長，確保訊息傳達到位。負責補習班的校內文件、通知、活動海報等的製作，並協助維持一致的品牌形象。 ⭕️社群媒體運營：負責製作補習班的Facebook與Instagram貼文和影片，定期更新補習班的社群媒體內容，以提升家長與學生的參與度和關注度。補習班將提供相關資源與素材，以確保製作過程的順利。 職位要求： ⭕️具備良好的溝通與協調能力 細心、負責且能夠獨立處理事務。

1. 掌握學生課程學習進度及成效，定期記錄並向家長回饋溝通建議。 2. 配合補習班策劃及執行活動，參與教室管理及活動安排。 3. 對學生進行全面成果評估，提供個性化學習改進方案建議。 4. 指導、批改學生課堂作業，設計並運用有效學習策略與計畫。 5. 訂定教學目標及課程內容，蒐集相關教學資源及考題資料。 6. 利用多媒體教學工具，提升學生的學習興趣與成效。 7. 帶領班級管理並維護紀律，確保課堂秩序良好。 8. 參與教研活動與教學進修，不斷提升專業水平與教學實力。

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Activities Instructor to organize and lead engaging activities for our students. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: ✅Plan, organize and execute a variety of recreational activities and programs for students. ✅Create a fun and welcoming environment for students to learn, grow and have fun. ✅Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, equipment and materials used, and other relevant information related to the activities. ✅Provide guidance and support to students during activities to help build confidence, improve social skills, and foster teamwork. ✅Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of all equipment, facilities, and materials used during activities. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for working with students of all ages and backgrounds. Knowledge of various recreational activities and programs. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
