Oncology Systems 腫瘤系統
The Oncology Systems business designs, manufactures, sells and services hardware products for treating cancer with conventional radiotherapy, and advanced treatments such as fixed field intensity-modulated radiation therapy (“IMRT”), image-guided radiation therapy (“IGRT”), volumetric modulated arc therapy (“VMAT”), stereotactic radiosurgery (“SRS”), stereotactic body radiotherapy (“SBRT”) and brachytherapy as well as associated quality assurance equipment.
腫瘤系統業務設計、製造、銷售及服務的癌症治療硬體產品，可進行傳統放射治療及先進治療，像是固定強度調控放射治療(“IMRT”) 、影像導航放射治療(“IGRT”) 、體積調控弧形治療(“VMAT”) 、立體定位放射手術(“SRS”) 、立體定位放射治療(“SBRT”)及近接治療和相關品質確保的設備。

Oncology Software Solutions腫瘤軟體解決方案
The Oncology Software Solutions business includes solutions for information management, treatment planning, image processing, clinical
knowledge exchange, patient care management, decision-making support and practice management software for comprehensive cancer clinics, radiotherapy centers and medical oncology practices.
腫瘤軟體解決方案包括提供資訊管理、治療計畫、影像處理、臨床知識交換、病患照顧管理、決策支援及實務管理軟體給綜合癌症科室、放射治療中心及醫療腫瘤執業診所。

Proton Solutions 質子解決方案
The Proton Solutions business develops, designs, manufactures, sells and services products and systems for delivering proton therapy, another form of external beam therapy using proton beams, for the treatment of cancer. Although proton therapy has
been in clinical use for more than four decades, it has not been widely deployed due to high capital cost. Varian’s current focus is bringing our expertise in X-ray beam radiation therapy to proton therapy to improve its clinical utility and to reduce its cost of
treatment per patient, so that it is more widely accepted and deployed.
質子解決方案設計、製造、銷售及服務的產品及系統，可進行質子治療、使用質子射束進行另一種形式的外部射束治療及癌症治療。雖然質子的臨床使用已超過40年，因其高昂的成本，尚且未能廣泛普及。瓦里安現今聚焦將我們在X光射束治療的專門技術帶入質子治療，以改善其臨床效用及降低每個病患的治療成本，所以質子治療可被更廣泛接受及採用。
