    What We Are Looking For? Position:Country Head of Sea Freight Level: Senior Level Responsibilities: • Development of the Country Sea Freight Product • A joint P&L responsibility for the country, together with the CM and the RSFM • Together with the CM to ensure strong operational set ups in the country. • Together with the CM, to support Sales with the development of major accounts within the Country • Ensure strong bilateral relations both within the region and to other regions • Create strong relations with Carriers to ensure we maintain a best market condition that supports our clients and trade development • Ensure adherence to Company’s Tier 1 Carrier policy • Create strong awareness of market and trade developments within the country and inform CM accordingly • Full participation in the annual budget process and monitoring of performance which Include setting of volume targets, trade initiatives, SF investments, new activities, GP development etc • Support and actively co-ordinate with local Management to ensure that we maximize the most advantageous Credit terms from the carriers in terms of credit days extended and ceiling required. If needed, assistance from RSFM to be sought • Promote training I education initiatives to improve operating expertise and awareness. Ensure through local SFM that operators are fully compliant with regulatory bodies and are conversant with company‘s SF operating directives • Ensure that local SF Management is aware of company‘s product solutions and IT developments and initiatives Requirements: • Preferably degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline; At least 10 years of solid experience in Seafreight gained from the logistic industry; • Sharp business acumen to drive a profitable growth in customer development; Excellent in operational process especially in NVOCC and Forwarding aspects; • Experience in developing business strategies with top management and successful execution of strategies; • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding measurable sales goals Experience in P&L Management • Proven ability in personnel management and building an effective team with excellent leadership skills; • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proficiency connections with Carriers and knowledgeable in Carrier‘s environment; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

    Sales Support Job Purpose: Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. Utilizes skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job. Meets with sales employees to make new plans regarding sales or how to improve the job. Sales Support Job Duties: - Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary - Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise - Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format - Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product - Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals - Meets with other departments to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly - Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team - Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the -problems as necessary - Arranges appointments with clients and sales team - Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls - Updates all contact information for clients - Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary - Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients -outside of the office - Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents Sales Support Skills and Qualifications: #People Person #Time Oriented #Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English (German +) #Basic Math Skills #Basic Computer Literacy #Consumer Relations #Consumer Complaints #Reporting Skills, Administrative Skills #Attention to Detail
