Sustain Final Test operation of Power IC & or MOSFET products including maverick control update, lot disposition and yield improvement. 2.Support electrical failure analysisand physical failure analysis foe Coustomer Complaint returns & actions associated with Product/Test Engineering 3.Support engineering activities/projects to drive cost reduction & quality improvement. 4.Team work with R&D Process Engineering & division Product Engineering on new product / process evaluation. 5.Support & supervise test subcon on outsourcing DS/FT operation on a needed basis. 6.Familiar with programming languages will be better
- Develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for security devices - Test development from design kick-off to production release - Debug design and process related yield and performance problems - Design new loadboards, probecards and sockets - Develop new DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test - Continuous improvement of production yield, test time, and overall test cell performance

We need you to be familiar with general physics, engineering materials, tolerance analysis, and 3D CAD including kinetic and structural analysis. Key Responsibilities ■ Designs structure and parts of automated equipments. ■ Selects components based on analysis of specifications, reliability, cost, and continuity of supply. ■ Responsible for testing, root cause analysis and debug on assigned mechanical issue. ■ Analyzes equipment and test plan requirements to perform verification; conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. ■ May also be responsible for the development/qualification of the associated firmware. ■ Creates and maintains required documentation including specifications. ■ Reviews ODM and sub-tier vendor capability to support product development and production.
