1.New insurance product development, including product material preparation, system and process coordination. 2.Work with Regional team while coordinate with country teams for new product introduction,business controls, and product specific performance management. 3.Conduct end-to-end process to ensure product features/sales process adhere to both regional guidelines and country regulations. 4.Manage multiple insurance companies for service and product maintenance. 5.Manage projects on new business and process improvement initiatives.
