1. Order/Demand management: - Communicate with regions and vendors to understand and resolve supply issues. - Prioritize orders and support urgent requirement. 2. Vender/ODM management: - Communicate with vender for forecast, material planning, and capacity planning. - Track the material and production status to fulfill Acer regions’ demand. 3. Demand planning: - Consolidate forecast demand and analyze the trend. - Communicate for product transition plan, vender priority and capacity plan.
Summary: Program manager is responsible for executing customer demands and planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal procurement, production, engineering, and shipping activities to fulfill customer demands. Program manager will also communicate operations topics with customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.The Program Manager is responsible for the success and failure of OEM accounts/Standard products. 2.To plan, coordinates and control the progress of projects. PM controls the project progress status; help handle abnormality; and drive deliverables to ensure project success within specific time frame. 3.Responsible for program development, communications, training, financial analysis and budgeting 4.To coordinate with purchasing department for timely material delivery. 5.To coordinate production to rearrange overall resources according to changing needs based on stock levels, delivery times, and performance evaluation. 6.To hold Weekly meeting with Sales, Production and Purchaser to go over OEM account/Standard product key performance index (KPl) , including forecast, production plan, on time delivery, material plan, revenue , and excess/on hand inventory. 7.To plan, coordinate, and monitor Global OEM Materials between USA, Netherlands, and Taiwan to fulfill the customer orders. 8.Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; 9.Develop strong business model and process by gaining new contracts, analyze Supply Chain Management problems and produce new solutions.
