      5. Stay abreast of market data for salaries to assist with salary planning and benchmarking for new roles

      • Developing and establishment of staff needs analysis and training program 

      • Maintenance of company employment manual 

      • Management of employment agreement 

      • Developing and management of compensation and benefits strategy and system 

      • Development and maintenance of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities 

      • Oversight of monthly compensation & benefit calculation 

      • Coordination of team building events 

      • Be the business partner and provide HR opinion for decision making

      1) Support the necessary compensation structures, pay-mix, incentive programs in the organization (i.e. grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values. 

      2) Support the set of different compensation and benefits policies. 

      3) Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate. 

      4) Execution remuneration and welfare plans. 

      5) Partner with HR Manager, HR business partners to provide consultancy service on salary benchmark, job grading, performance review, incentive scheme and manpower planning.
