【Raise計畫簡介】 政府為導引博士級人才至產業界就業，，科技部推出「RAISE高薪計畫」，委由工研院擔任計畫推動辦公室。規劃由政府出資培育產業高階人才，給予參與計畫的博士每人每月6萬元薪資，為期一年，期間並由執行的國立交通大學進行一個月的博士職務訓練，並加入Acer至少十一個月的博士實習訓練。 【申請資格】 參與此計畫之人選需有以下資格，並配合以下條件： 1. 具有教育部認可之博士學歷 2. 最快到職日為2018/1/1以後 3. 在加入acer前，需先在國立交通大學進行一個月的職務訓練 4. You are the functional owner of FM clean room service on ASML Linkou Factory premises over the entire lifecycle of their installation. You will: • Guarantee hook-up of ASML lithography tools and ancillary equipment as well as safe and structural integrity of interfaces towards the fab • Validate/review concept, of key projects requiring modification of clean rooms– Translate customer requirements in concept for project management / best practice across clean rooms to guarantee quality and quantity of supply • Initiate analysis and propose new projects based on know-how of architectural so as to: o minimize downtime o reduce safety risk o Improve performance of technical installations. Model Simulation • Twice yearly simulations of all utilities - average o validation of measurements vs forecasts o peak simulations o validation o interface Linkou FM Asset Management Experts for HVAC, Water, Elec , special gases o Support Projects Def (forecasting) o LTCP analyses o secure traceability of results • Key user of Utility simulation Model • Provide recommendation to sustainability engineer and reliability engineer / top management and program management • Financial simulation – support preparation of OPEX RFF and indirectly CAPEX
- ESG Production plant Operations -Start up ESG production plant such as facility commissioning, set up procedure, set up production system, etc -Improve exist operations process include facility/equipment review, production process review -Address, coordinate and expedite resolution of customer complaints for EM products -Provide technical and operational input to the development and expansion of existing system - Key customers -Establishment of relationships with key customers to ensure they have a good understanding of LLH ESG operations capability -Provide representation as recognised technical authority in meetings and presentations with key customers

【General Summary】 Customer Development Lead is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology application stage to the sales process. REPORTING: Reports directly to Local Customer Development Manager. 【QUALIFICATIONS】 1.A university degree in chemicals, chemical Engineer is required 2.A minimum of three-year working experience in marketing developing and sales strategies implementation regard Chemicals/Petrochemicals industry is required. 3.Excellent Vietnamese oral and written business English (商用英文多益檢測 TOEIC 780 and above) is a must; Proficient in Business Korean (韓國語能力測試 TOPIK Level 3 and above) / Business Vietnamese (越南語) communication skills is preferred. 4.Service-oriented working attitude to access the potential problems/business opportunities. 5.Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. 6.Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Suite is required. 7.A valid driver’s license is preferred.
