      - Follows up on performance metrics with the CMMS system; tracking, analyzing and reporting of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Implements corrective action plans to create positive change. 

      - Provides technical direction and utilizes all team resources to reduce costs and increase patient/customer satisfaction. 

      - Interfaces with the customer’s regional management regarding direction of financial, contract, and customer strategies for the facility.

      - Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
