a. Responsible for the implementation CI activities such as 6S, TPM, Quality
Control Process Charts, Mistake Proofing, Setup Reduction to achieve
highest product quality and delight customers.
b. Responsible for the implementation of re-engineer processes and methods to attain CI achievement levels.
c. Provide the leadership for Standard Work analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events to achieve operational improvement in term of
productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
d. Responsible for assisting other departmental staff in process improvement
projects that will provide optimum benefits to the customer and business
e. Responsible for the implementation of the compliance of quality and EH&S requirement in relation to CI activities.
f. Conduct training to employees to enhance their knowledge and capabilities to utilize the quality improvement technique and productivity improvement tools.
