Participate and/or lead the implementation of HR programs as required.
Provide advice and assistance on HR practice to associates and managers.
Collaborate with other members in the HR team on a range of matters relating to Governance, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits.
Liaise with payroll as required and cross check monthly payroll entries. Maintain the related worksheet, payment delivery and its related report and ensure its accuracy and timely.
Maintain, update and optimize HR related system to make sure the systems‘ efficiency.
Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and up-to-date HR management information, statistics and report to HR Manager.
Consult with managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, policies & procedures, terminations, review of appealed termination, reorganizations communication.
Coach managers on:
o the appropriate use of HR policies and practices, e.g. PP&D, Performance Improvement Plans;
o situational leadership;
o the engagement, consultation and transactional processes relating to changes arising from staff relocations, redundancies and redeployment in accordance with company‘s policy, award and legislated requirements.
o maintain a scheduled engagement program with identified Managers.
Implement systematic internal communication programs together with department heads to encourage open, transparent communication.
