1. Executes TSMC university strategies and manages to the set budget; implements best practices to increase effectiveness of university programs; establishes metrics for success and analyzes ROI.
2. Collaborates with managers and HR Account Managers to understand business needs, develop campus platform /programs to attract best-fit talent, and build talent pipeline through constructive collaborations with target domestic and overseas
universities/professors and institutes.
3. Act as University Program officer for talent incubation and properly represents TSMC’s brand with belief, enthusiasm, and glow; develops innovative ways to increase TSMC branding amongst candidates and faculty members.
4. Oversees top-student profiles and operations at the TSMC University Centers, including but not limited to offering career counselling, conducting interviews, delivering career talks, engaging top students and professors.
Makes or enables continuous process improvements- cross recruiting department/functions and/or campuses.
1.Lead T-Site ER/EWC/Wellness Team to foster harmonious employee relationship and boost employee morale at T-site.
2.Develop team capability and enable effectiveness of employee relations based on business needs and HR strategies.
3.Formulate team programs and direct team goals in all areas of ER/EWC/Wellness to ensure compliance of law & corporate guidelines and prevent adverse impact.
