1.Under the leading of HR Manager, work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of HF Plant. Operating as the business partner from people and performance perspective to assist, advise, facilitate, and support employee and managers by providing high level people and performance management and development execution and support across designated directorates.
2.Be the business partner to assist maintaining high employee engagement thru well delivering P&P strategies and actions.
3.Exchange working experiences and leverage best practices from other regions
4.Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates and facilitate the entire recruiting process
5.Follow instructions, provide comments/suggestions, work together to ensure high level service and value to the company and to employees
6.Ensure the recruitment of high quality employees and outsourcing labors
7.Liaise with training center and training facilitators to arrange and ensure valuable training to be delivered in planned time frame
8.Maintain good relationship with Officers and effectively mitigate the impact of Union and Employees issues.
9.Develop and maintain admin. policy and procedure.
10.Logistics support for visitors and meetings (issue invitation letter, iternary arrangement, dinner/transportation, etc.).
11.Assist or organize company activities (year-end party, company outing,Christmas party) and issue employee benefit.
