The successful candidate is expected to perform tasks including but not limited to the followings:
1. Employer Branding: Design, develop and roll out EB program internally and externally in all affiliates
2. Project Recruitment: Conduct recruitment projects as a project manager for BUs
3. TA Digitization: Roll out online recruitment platform and selection tool.
4. Executive Search: Mainly support TA manager in sourcing and screening.
5. In charge of TA-related policies and procedures
6. Ad-hoc assignments
【Requirement and Qualification】
1. Experience in building or implementing employer branding.
2. 6+ years HR experiences, with 2~3 years experiences in MNC HR team.
3. Get used to project-based working style, and is able to run projects independently.
4. Strong marketing, planning and analytical skill.
5. Quick learner, organizational savvy, attention to detail, and business acumen.
6. Good command of Mandarin and English.
