•Assist in preparing monthly training schedules and maintain training record.
•Schedule venue and trainers (agendas) for training programs.
•Prepare training equipment, PPT files, workbook and attendance record, etc.
•Coordinate with internal/external trainers in planning, delivering and evaluating all training related functions and results
•Delivering Mandarin Oriental core training programs
•Must have L&D experience
•Hotel experience is a plus
Assist Product Training Manager to plan training activities to meet company’s goal by integrating all training resources including external and internal resources.
Produce standardize training materials for agents used and ensure the training qualities have been remained at a high level at agents’ center
Implement annual training courses on schedule to develop agent’s abilities and enhance the training brand image as well
Develop the multilateral training channels to strengthen the training benefits Ex
e-Learning platform, m-Learning courses, training materials, train the trainer program, and blended training activities.
Plan annual training survey to see the training needs, evaluate the training results
to refine training effectiveness
Develop and maintain business support materials (BSM), and keep the version up to date.
