The Financial Institutional FX Sales drives the execution of the key FX Sales business strategic priorities in alignment with the strategic plan and assuring the highest standards set forth by the Global FX Sales business. The Sales works closely with the Local Markets Head, FX Sales Cluster head, Digital FX Solutions and Risk Management Solutions teams to build and develop a strong platinum service. The role‘s main responsibilities are to foster revenue growth and increase wallet share. The FX Salesperson evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. The role requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication skills are required. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
