    • 業務課長Sales Deputy Manager

      Qualification: 

      • 4+ years of sales experience  

      • 2+ years of team leading experience 

      • Experience with foreign customers 

      • Experience in product development from scratch to mass production (experience in Gnatter, excel, pricing, strategic negotiation is a plus) 

      • Knowledge in manufacturing process (such as injection molding, stamping, powder coating, die casting, anodizing…etc) & raw materials (such as plastic, rubber, steel, aluminum and various alloy) is a plus 

      • Proficiency in English is a must 

      • Knowledge in International trade is a must  

       

      Job Duties: 

      • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 

      • Adjusts content of sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. 

      • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers 

      • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. 

      • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. 

      • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule, merchandising techniques, etc. 

      • Recommends changes in product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 

      • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management  

      • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 

      • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. 

      • Escort new product development for specific customer from start to end 

      • Conducting cross-functional team work to achieve customer‘s goal 

      • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
