Core Mission -
Manage and develop Aesthetics & Corrective (A&C) business by implementing and executing the global marketing strategy, maximizing and accelerating a sustainable growth of the A&C portfolio, setting clear priorities for investments, projects and target audiences.
Function Duties & Responsibility -
Manage sales and marketing team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability growth in line with company vision and values.
Define the most appropriate A&C product offerings for Taiwan market.
Work synergistically across business units, departments and global functions in order to achieve Global and Local company objectives.
Position Specific Data -
Design and implement local strategy for the A&C division, based on General Management guidelines and considering company’s overall vision, strategy, guidelines, goals and objectives
Establish and monitor goals for the A&C division’s local strategy, analysing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals
Plan the A&C division’s annual budget, including financial and personnel requirements, in order to have the necessary assets for a smooth business-as-usual, operation and achieve established goals with efficient working-teams
Design, propose and direct marketing strategy and sales / commercial policy in accordance with corporate strategy and collaborating with different functions
Management of product portfolio
Responsible for budget and P&L for the Aesthetic & Corrective business
In charge of shaping the market, assessing, promoting and monitoring (patient) demand with disciplined tracking of KPIs
In charge of assuring resources, leading and developing a team of marketing experts, product and sales specialists
Define annual plans and budgets per product – assess the progress of plans, follow up marketing and sales output and implement corrective action if necessary
Identify target customers, develop a network of relations with healthcare professionals and identify and maintain strong links with KOLs
Define promotional policy
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate market
Drive the team to increase injector productivity through targeted strategies to increase patient demand at clinic levels
Proactively recognize change in market and propose respective action plan
Mentor, coach and provide service to sales team (NSM), ensure to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls.
Coordinate activities with area marketing, strategic marketing, medical and regulatory departments and advise senior management on the development of new products or strategies
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
