To lead, direct and manage sales force and National Sales Managers to achieve sales performance objectives and all financial targets with compliance of company plan and policy.
To direct and control company sales operations to achieve optimum profitability and effective use of the divisions assets and human resources. Direct planning and provide leadership and guidance on the administration and operations of company.
Align with company goals to develop strategies, plans, programs to achieve sales target.
Lead Sales Team to ensure the business objectives of the company are met through:
Developing, implementing and controlling the sales plan.
Building and maintaining appropriate distribution network.
Managing relationships with key customers and channel members.
Training, developing and motivating the team.
Well plan and control departmental annual budget.
To supervise sales teams to follow working plan and SFE guidelines to ensure call productivities in plan, frequency, territory management, and customer management.
To train, coach subordinates to ensure work qualities effectively and efficiently.
Analysis market trend and impact to the business, identify key opportunities and threats to the business.
Develop, document and implement short/long term sales plans, aligned to company plan and strategy.
Ensure appropriate territory structure, manpower organization and geographic coverage based on market potential, input cost and people resource capabilities.
Review and monitor sales performance against plan objectives to ensure optimize sales performance.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure demand forecast and inventory status are in well control.
