We are looking for a Senior Supporter Retention & Development Officer
who will maximize individual supporter retention across our supporter base.
Working on a diverse programme, you will manage, motivate and coach a team of highly energetic staff to achieve annual targets and objectives. At the heart of this is our strategic focus on supporter experience, ensuring that we are talking to the right people, at the right time, about the right things delivered in the right way, to provide the best supporter experience that we‘re able.
In the role, you will plan, devise and manage the individual supporter retention to secure long-term income for our work in protecting our planet‘s environment. Overseeing clarity and integration of messaging, you will be responsible for the development of the Greenpeace supporter experience, ensuring the quality of donor communications (either over the telephone or via email communications, social media). You will also analyze, interpret and understand the motivations and behaviour of all segments of supporters to maximize lifetime value with Greenpeace.
- Professional with a minimum of 4 years of Customer Service or Service/Relationship Management
- Management experience in telemarketing/sales for small to the mid-level organization.
- Proficiency in reporting financial results
Experience in project management including creating plans, budgets, and timelines
- Positive communication, interpersonal skills
Appreciation of the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Taiwan society
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. (Taiwanese is advantageous).
- NGO Fundraising experience is a benefit but not a must
