      Job Description :  

       

      • Manage the service center from defective units, spare parts ordering and inventory control to logistics management.  

      • Handle DOA with suppliers.  

      • Drive for excellent customer services through continuously measuring customer satisfaction level and other KPIs in the service & Call Centers and ASP (Authorized Service Provider) operations.  

      • Work closely with internal parties for service manuals, circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings necessary for servicing the products.  

      • Pursue service contracts & qualify service providers to ensure effective and efficient ASP support.  

      • Provide ASP claim reports and verify payable invoices to ASP.  

      • Arrange training for new models repairing for ASP.  

      • Calculate warranty costs and extended warranty costs.  

      • Formulate user requirements and implement ERP & CRM platform for good customer services.  

       

       

      Requirements :  

       

      • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business related disciplines  

      • Minimum 5 years IT/Telecom or consumer electronic service center experience  

      • Solid experience in managing ASP and QA team.  

      • Good Project Management, organization and coordination skills  

      • Proficient in MS Office with exposure in ERP or CRM systems.  

      • Sound IT, IoT knowledge will be an advantageous  

      • A Customer-focused mind-set, mature, independent and able to work under pressure  

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

      • Proficient in spoken and written both Mandarin and English

      • Co-ordinate with R&D team for service manuals and technical information for service.

      • Monitor KPI of ASP.  

      • Analyze defective symptoms and provide feedback to R&D and production team for improvements.  

      • Support implementation of ERP & CRM for customer services.  

      • Provide technical support to handle complaint cases.  

      • Manager warranty information and database.  

      • Visit factories and R&D team for product training, special projects and service meeting.

      • Manage spare part related tasks, such as BOM, pricing update, PR/PO, and delivery date follow-up  

      • Be familiar with CRM & ERP systems for daily operation.  

      • Maintain customer service reports, such as failure part analysis, inventory control, and hotline call data.  

      • Communicate with ASP (Authorized Service Provider) for parts stock-in and stock-out  

      • Engage with stakeholder in R&D and Product Management for NPI (New Product Introduction), technical information, and serviceability for service.  

      • Analyze defective symptoms and provide feedback to R&D and production team for improvements.  

      • Provide technical support to handle complaint cases.  

      • Survey and manage ASP and Call Center, such quotation review, KPI monitoring, on-site audit, payment collection, etc.  

      • Execute RMA and DOA operation.  

       

      Requirements :  

       

      • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business related disciplines  

      • Minimum 5 years IT/Telecom or consumer electronic service center experience  

      • Solid experience in managing ASP and QA team.  

      • Good Project Management, organization and coordination skills  

      • Proficient in MS Office with exposure in ERP or CRM systems.  

      • Understanding of MS Excel function and pivot is a plus  

      • Sound IT, IoT knowledge will be an advantageous  

      • Customer-focused mind-set, mature, independent and able to work under pressure  

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

      • Proficient in spoken and written both Mandarin and English
