Job Location:San Jose, CA
•Customer facing onsite service and support to Advanced Semiconductor Test Division (AST) and their products.
•Probe test system troubleshooting and installation on manual and automated probe test systems at customer site according to manufacturer’s specifications
•Consults with customer and manager for site preparation.
•Studies manuals, schematics, and product specifications to determine proper installation procedures.
•Provide operational, service, and software training to customers.
•Consults with AST engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system design, operation, and maintenance.
•Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
•Reviews and contributes to the development of service and product documentation.
•Travel throughout the Americas and Taiwan for service training and sales training events.
•Travel to trade shows and technical conferences for probe system setup.
•Working with customer to achieve timely test system sign-off using Acceptance Test Protocol documentation.
•Completion of all paperwork to include customer visit reports, internal process development, cross functional projects and expense reports.
•General customer support via email and phone.
