In your role as a Product Develop (Associate) Manager you will be the expert in suppliers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel. As a Product Development (Associate) Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You‘ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Initiate the commercial feasibility evaluation and JAPANESE supplier development projects for the newly invested business areas from the perspectives of chemical applications in AP regional industry and/or market analysis
Develop/Collaborates with the JAPANESE suppliers and technical sales team to establish and recommend the most realistic sales goals for the company. (30％)
Perform excellent marketing intelligence with solid chemistry/technical support basics to fulfill the needs between from customer and supplier’s slides. (20％)
Establishes and manages effective product and/or marketing programs to coach, appraise, and train sales personnel. (10％)
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
1.Develop new supplier per the defined product development strategy.
2.Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product with diversified suppliers.

1.A minimum of three-year work experience in JAPAN market development and sales strategy implementation regard chemicals/petrochemicals industries is required. Working and studying experience is Japan is preferred.
2.Excellent in Business Japanese (JLPT level 2 and above) is required; proficient oral and written business (TOEIC 780 and above) is preferred.
3.A university degree in chemicals, chemical engineer, materials science, MBA studies is preferred.
4.Willing to travel in Asia Pacific regions with frequency of 50％ and above.
5.Service-orientated working attitude to access potential problems/business opportunities.
6.Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales/market SWOT analysis and plan deployment.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Define annual plans and budgets per product – assess the progress of plans, follow up marketing and sales output and implement corrective action if necessary
Identify target customers, develop a network of relations with healthcare professionals and identify and maintain strong links with KOLs
Define promotional policy
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate market
Drive the team to increase injector productivity through targeted strategies to increase patient demand at clinic levels
Proactively recognize change in market and propose respective action plan
Mentor, coach and provide service to sales team (NSM), ensure to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls.
Coordinate activities with area marketing, strategic marketing, medical and regulatory departments and advise senior management on the development of new products or strategies
