What You Will Do
1. Co-work with country e-shop owner to be responsible for business optimization by enhancing current operation and/or introducing new ideas.
2. Research & develop new services in order to create value to customers and facilitate business evolution for long term.
3. Job duties range from strategic thinking to execution, from business operation to marketing, depending on your experiences, professions, and opportunities in the market.
What You Have
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Proficient English capability as you are working in an international environment
3. Min. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Business Development related fields (7-10 years of experienced talents are also welcome)
4. Creative, open-minded, passionate, and willing to learn in an agile and dynamic environment
5. Strong ambition to deliver results in the stage of new business development
6. Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
- Clear understanding of Head Quarters Digital Marketing strategies and directions in order to enable them in the region they are designed to,
- Be close to execution of countries in the region to collect their mediabuy and social media plans and get their feedbacks and report to mediabuy digital and social media teams in Head Quarters to create alternative solutions
- Develop regional social media and digital media buy strategies to create product/ campaign awareness, drive traffic and conversions on ASUS web properties
- Analyze regional data and researching the target audience and manage budgets, pacing, and performance to goals
- Prepare and distibute regional social media and mediabuy performance reports
- Lead the regional social media library project where local offices have access to all countries’ social media calendars and materials, digital marketing training materials, etc.
- Prepare activity guidelines and deliver regular trainings for social media and media-buy plans by available funds from partners such as Intel, Microsoft, Qualcomm and any other partner that fits into our business models
- Supporting local offices in East EMEA Region for digital marketing and social media trainings

1. Developing effective media buy strategy & planning for focus, potential, position country or region
2. Provide training to TMMs (eg. DMI) and countries.
3. Aggregate global spending to negotiate and get the best partnership for ASUS
4. Execute local media buy, including performance analysis and optimization and provide POE
5. Try the pilot-run or beta media buy function then analyse performance and provide guideline for all the countries
