The Operations and CS Supervisor is a senior role which involves overseeing the provision of services offered by Royale. It‘s an Operations and CS Supervisor‘s job to make sure the department is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
- Manage the Operations and Customer Service department.
- Take responsibility for both successes and failures of the department.
- Report directly to the Taiwan Branch Manager on a weekly basis, and/or immediately for those more important matters
- As a senior role, the Operations and CS Manager must also liaise and cooperate with other department managers.
- To liaise and develop local agents within the freight forwarding industry.
- Ensure all subordinate staff members are achieving their potential to ensure maximum contribution to the company.
- Responsible for production and distribution of the monthly rotational roster of all department members.
- Oversee provision of services offered by the company, which include international courier, air freight, time critical services (handcarry) and 3PL warehousing. With the overall aim of ensuring they exceed customers expectations and needs.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates.
- Conduct annual appraisals of department staff.
