•Provide guidance and advice in promoting SHEQ Policy and objectives & concepts to staff and operators.
•Develop and agree SHEQ plans, programmes and performance measures with the President, and VP Operations, as well as SHEQ Partner – Greater China.
•Provide support to the SHEQ team in each Branch.
•Interpret the company‘s Policies, Standards and Directives for local implementation on a priority basis.
•Ensure all Operation Processes and Facilities used in the company comply with the Group and Taiwan Legal requirements re SHEQ.
•Lead, monitor and ensure compliance of O&ED directives and Alerts from The Group
•Provides customer interface on quality related issues
•Play leadership role on quality improvement council

•Develop and execute inspection, audit schedule and risk assessment programme to identify hazard and evaluate risk, and monitor corrective action taken.

•Co-ordination of all the Branches and consolidate all the SHEQ related issues as Monthly Report including the Safety Statistics.
•Ensure all accidents, incidents, near miss and potential hazard in Branches are reported in time and provide full support for the investigation of all serious accidents and incidents, with root causes established and appropriate corrective actions implemented.
•Participate in the Greater China SHEQ Peer Group, and other committees as relevant.
•Participate at all Technical audits at branches

The role of QA Technician is to help ensure that company’s products such as Desktop and Notebook are shipped with the highest possible quality. This is accomplished by performing assigned testing, reporting observations, and providing feedback on test plans and component, platform and software image quality.
Complete all test requests on time or communicate revised schedule if necessary
Submit all observations into Sudden Impact (SI) and be able to accurately classify severity level
Able to rework AiO and tower systems as well as build tower systems from scratch
Know how to DASH with factory builds as well as personal MLs
Ability to perform troubleshooting on observations to supply key data points to Component Owners (CO), PMs, test leads and internal or external partners
Capable of performing ad-hoc testing on any new software or hardware components
Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks and complete on schedule
Review and regress assigned observations
Collaborate and communicate with lead, teammates and other teams on assigned tasks
Provide periodic updates to team lead with status of qualification status
Provide feedback to test leads on modifications or improvements needed to test plans and/or test requests
Escalate observations through the appropriate channels as necessary
Attend any component or platform specific meetings as required
Attend and participate in all team meetings
Build, maintain and upgrade testing systems based on testing requirements
Work directly with vendors if required by test lead
Understand and utilize all software tools that are required such as SI, IRS+, ALM and SharePoints
