【CORE FUNCTIONS】  

1.協助實驗室主管進行各項實驗專案設計執行、及生產專案進度及執行.[70％] 

Assist the Lab Manager to coordinate the experiments/production progress and execution.[70％] 

2.與供應商/產品技術團隊協作，以發展符合公司區域銷售策略規劃之切實銷售目標。[10％]  

Collaborates with the application service leads and suppliers in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.  

3.針對主要應用行業使用者之使用經驗進行產品行銷文案編譯及修改工作，並須符合供應商/公司的產品設計原則。[10％] 

Design the product/applications manuals from the main user‘s perspectives and in line with the suppliers and company CIS design requirements. [10％] 

4.建立並管理各式有效研發產品專案，與當地(台灣/中國/越南)業務協同合作以收指導教育客戶之效。[10％]  

Establishes and manages effective products programs/projects to coach, appraise and train customers with the local sales team in Taiwan/China/Vietnam. [10％] 

【QUALIFICATIONS】  

1.A master/doctor degree in chemistry, chemical Engineer, material science is required; work experience in R&D or lab job is preferred.  

2.Excellent English oral and written business English (商用英文多益檢測 TOEIC 780 and above) is a must; Proficient in the second language, such as business Korean (韓國語能力測試 TOPIK Level 3 and above), business Vietnamese (越南語), business Japanese (日語能力測試 JLPT Level 2 and above) is preferred.  

3.Service-oriented working attitude to access the potential problems/business opportunities.  

4.Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.  

5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Suite is required.
