An exciting and challenging Recruitment Consultant opportunity has arisen to join Korn Ferry / Futurestep, working with one our RPO(recruitment process outsourcing) clients based in Taipei. This role seeks a Recruiter with strong client relationship skills able to build recruitment process delivery through sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the client.
The role focuses on high touch candidate and customer relationship management with a focus on responsiveness through client facing activity. We see the Recruiter as subject matter experts able to understand and effectively use applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
With high volumes of hiring to deliver, you will design and manage assessment centers for the client that will require strong coordination skills and a high level of detail. Through excellent recruitment and client satisfaction this role must demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.
*Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will highlight positive and pro-active communication skills with peers and colleagues, candidates and clients. You has a strong attention to detail and are organised and structured in your work. A senior recruitment professional, you are comfortable guiding and mentoring junior staff. You will also possess the following:
*2-5+ years’ recruiting experience, ideally with some exposure to volume hiring.
*Sound knowledge of RPO environment will be an advantage.
*Ability to deliver end to end recruitment delivery with strong offer management skills.
*Experience developing and implementing excellent sourcing strategy and channels in order to build relevant talent pools.
*Master degree is preferable
