      酒類農產品行銷業務  

      網路購物平台業務 

       

      工作內容 : 

      1.熟悉欲銷售之產品、公司規章作業流程 

      2.以顧客熟悉之語言做顧客市場開發並推銷產品 

      3.市場訊息的蒐集與分析、客戶銷售方案的策劃與執行 

      4.依顧客需求報價及簽約、客戶關係的維護與需求服務的滿足 

      5.顧客售後滿意度維持 (如: 顧客抱怨及問題反應處理、維持顧客對公司及業務員信賴度) 

      6.意見回饋以供公司改善參考依據 

      7.定期與主管做業績、績效檢討,回報進度 

      8.定期於國內或國外展覽會場開發顧客 

      9.對通路的客層分析、服務流程、行銷績效及所陳列商品分析等進行調查 

      10.根據通路訪查結果配上產品屬性,以選擇最適當的行銷管道 

      11.尋找通路商洽談商品上架事宜 

      12.產品上架後,持續做好通路維護 

      13.廠商資料搜尋、建置及開發與廠商關係維護與協調 

       

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

       

      · BA/BS degree required 

      · 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the e-Commerce, retail technology or software industries 

      · Exceptional communication and presentation skills 

      · Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate and analyze data 

      · Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity 

      · Relationship management and communication skills 

      · Strong written and verbal communication skills 

      · Open mind to learn and be curious of international market and countries. 

       

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

       

      · Ability to work with cross functional teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements 

      · e-commerce Online Sales experience 

      · Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including CRM tools, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft Excel. 

      · Success managing large account portfolios 

       

      Core responsibilities for this role include: 

      · Identify, qualify, market and cultivate Seller’s commitment to the Selling on DIY Brewer Supply. 

      · Analyze customer data and make recommendations to Management and Product Engineering. 

      · Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the Sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity. 

      · Prospect business leads and distribute/communicate with Marketing and Management to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of Sellers recruited. 

      · Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and status of prospective Sellers as well as respond to business forecasts. 

      · Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry especially for Brewing Suppliers and competitive environment in North America including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets. 

      · Work closely with Marketing to create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling service to US Sellers. We want seller to use our platform to sell domestically and globally. 

      · Engage with Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with our marketplace. 

      · Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on DIY Brewer Supply along with the features and functionalities.
