      RESPONSIBILITIES: 

      • Directs recruitment and staffing activities. 

      • Designs and develops organizational structure; monitors and makes recommendation for adjustment or restructure; provides employment related budgeting information. 

      • Implements performance management and improvement systems. 

      • Develops and recommends of policy and procedural improvements; interprets policies and ensures the compliance of company policy and procedures; documentation. 

      • Ensures all HR systems and processes are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. 

      • Designs, implements, and oversees all employee programs such as orientation, benefits, compensation, development and training program. 

      • Handles ADP bi-weekly payroll processing. 

      • Engages with leadership and employees on all employee relations issues. Addresses and resolves employee issues promptly. 

      • Directs and supervises daily Human Resources activities. 

      • Implements HR best practices to support corporate values in partnership with the management. 

       

      REQUIREMENTS: 

      • Bachelor‘s degree in human resources or business disciplines. 

      • Minimum 5 year of HR Generalist experience. 

      • Effective interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. 

      • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues. 

      • Attention to details and excellent organization skills. 

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other employees and departments. 

      • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. 

      • Must be able to make recommendations and influence others to effectively resolve issues by using judgment that is consistent with policies, practices, standards, procedures, regulations and/or law. Ability to build relationships with and influence all levels within an organization. 

      • Proficiency in Internet and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point. 

      • Experience with ADP payroll and HRIS systems preferred. 

      • Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
