(Remote Work) Game Operation / Customer Support

This is the recruitment announcement.  

We, as Glohow; Mobile game publisher in Singapore, are now looking for English - Chinese (Simplified / Traditional) Native Translator to handle Game Operation and Customer Service  

Qualifications :  

- Good knowledge of English both speaking and Writing  

- Able to read and translate from English to Chinese (Simplified / Traditional) 

- Be able to communicate with the team via ‘Line‘ (Working hours from : 10:00 - 19:00)  

- Passion and enthusiasm for application game  

- Be able to work remotely  

- Salary is negotiable based on working experience.  

Job Responsibilities :  

- Translate documents and information from English to Chinese (Simplified / Traditional) 

- Communicate with the Thai team in English.  

- Collecting inquiry daily data  

- Answering Chinese (Simplified / Traditional) inquiries in Facebook inbox/ comment, CS email, Store Review and any other channels, if any.  

- Translating notice, announcement, game guide and anything that is related to game and posting into Chinese (Simplified / Traditional).
