1.Minimum Bachelor degree,Master degree is better
2.At least 10 years experience with global account/sales management in high-tech company
3.Ability to write and speak in English and Chinese fluently
4.With the experience to lead a team more than 5 members
5.Have excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
6.Have excellent communication skill, both written and spoken
