1.To manage existing key accounts and develop operating plans/strategies to
further expand the market share together with the Asia team.
2.To further penetrate new business opportunities with customers, suppliers and relevant third parties, building professional relationship in order to maximize the opportunities for the business
3.Providing regular and timely reports, detailing potential customer requirements, market and competitor situation, sourcing opportunities； monitoring customer and supplier performance and recommending action plans to enhance performance/achievements.
4.Monitor all trading transactions in Taiwan, for the identification of any risk exposure to the company and for communicating such information, as appropriate, in a clear and timely manner.
5.To manage the office and handle some administration duties with the support from the head office in Hong Kong
1.Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 10 years of solid trading experience in steel and/or related industry sectors
3.Knowledge and experience of import and export trade in Taiwan, understand International Trade practices and regulations；
4.Understanding shipping terms, letter of credits and general trade terms
5.Must possess strong negotiating skills, commercial awareness, be strategic and innovative
6.Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
7.Strong interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural, multinational context and should be equipped to manage relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
8.Good command of spoken and written English.
