產品開發經理職責： 1. 負責設計前之研究分析，擬定新產品開發策略。 2. 運用人因工程、市場需求、造型趨向、產品分析等設計技術，建立設計之準則。 3. 負責產品機構設計與結構評估。 4. 負責產品外型與包裝設計。 5. 負責機構材料的測試與選用。 6. 繪製機構設計圖面。 7. 負責模具設計、開模、試模，並檢討、修改模具。 8. 負責機構模型製作、測試分析與改善。 9. 負責生產製程的規劃與安排。 10. 負責試產檢討及設計修正。 11. 協助解決量產製造及製程中的機構相關問題。 12. 負責各產品工程技術文件之製作。 13. 建立及改善各項產品製程技術。

1. Graduate of any Engineering course with atleast ≥3 years’ work experience Production Engineer or similar role in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad 2. Maintain the production process and Quality system to comply with ISO9001/IATF16949 standard. 3. Improve the working productivity, efficiency, yield, manpower, working equipment and raw material for production process and reduce process cost 4. Implement and maintain preventive mesure in production line 5. English Language skills and computer literacy are required. 6. Deep knowledge of elastomeric rubber keypad production process.

〝1. Graduate of BS Electronic or Mechanical Engineering with atleast 2 years work experience as Sales or Project Engineer in Keypad or Rubber Industry 2. Responsible to communicate with the customers for the new project development specifically in electronic or rubber area. 3. Responsible of Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA ‘s), Control Plan, Mold Guides and Visual Aides including production part approval for all Rubber Keypad Components 4. Basic Knowledge of APQP & PPAP and other related ISO standard like IATF 16949, ISO 19001 etc. and able to read and understand mechanical drawing information. 5. Strong communication and coordination skills. English language skills is also required. 6. Have worked in an international company with multicultural environment and have experienced communicating and dealing with global customers not less than 2 years.〝

塑膠射出成型課長職責： 1. 制訂製造程序與產品標準。 2. 評估製程專案計劃，訂出最適化的製造流程。 3. 負責新產品製程的導入，並進行製程的檢測，以使新產品能夠穩定生產且符合相關標準。 4. 定期檢測製程設備的重點參數。 5. 持續改善現有生產製程。 6. 調查並處理生產製程的異常狀況。 7. 負責技術文件之撰寫與維護。 8. 負責每日產量及良率的分析、監控及改善。 9. 推行生產製程的相關教育訓練計劃。 10. 領導生產部門訂單生產問題解決、現場領導與溝通協調，具現場管理能力。

我們的這項職務，負責的工作內容有： 需要能獨當一面作業能力，材料性質需熟悉 基本機台操作與故障排除 1.射出機台等操作、量產及試樣。 2.周邊等相關設備的整備作業。 3.射出機台、周邊設備的基本保養。 4.射出條件調整、品質確認。

1.檢查瓶蓋、包裝、檢查數量 2.瓶蓋原料備料 3.射出機台異常排除 4.兩週輪一次班 5.無經驗可學 薪資：約42000-43000（含輪班津貼），後續會依工作表現會再另加技術津貼

1.負責成品包裝外觀檢查、數量核對及配合現場主管調動 2.兩週輪一次班

〝1. Worked in a manufacturing industry for more than 5 years with engineering and manufacturing function or responsibilities. 2. Excellent knowledge of silicone wearables production, quality, and technical requirements. 3. Able to understand, set up, operate injection (LSR/ conventional) and compression machine. Hands on experience in process and machinery are required. 4. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other statutory rules with respect to safety, environment and labor is an advantage. 5. Must be flexible and can work under pressure.〝

〝1. Ensure product quality is met , negotiate standard as necessary 2. Attend project kick off meeting, review product spec for new project, provide technical feedback when review prototype to raise potential problem at early stage. 3. Work with equipment supplier and quality engineer for new equipment design, maintenance, and calibration to ensure all testing equipment/fixtures are in good condition and ready for testing. 4. Maintain lab documentation to keep it update for lab operation/testing such like test report, toy standard, equipment instruction sheet, invoices copy, SOP. 5. Good knowledge of IATF, APQP, Control Plan and PPAP〝

1. Maintain the production process and Quality system to comply with ISO9001/IATF16949 standard. 2. Improve the working productivity, efficiency, yield, manpower, working equipment and raw material for production process and reduce production cost. 3. English Language skills and computer literacy are required. 4. With at least ≥5 years’ work experience in Asst. Manager or higher position in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad 5. Deep knowledge of elastomeric rubber keypad production process.

1. Minimum of 10 years work-experience in Manager or higher-level position in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad 2. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills 3. Know-how of 3D drawing information and Silicone rubber 4. Well conversant with system such as ISO9001/5S/ISO14001/ISO18001/OHAS/IATF 16549 5. English language is a must with computer literate 6. Participate Lean Management System/5S/Kaizen etc.

〝Worked in thermal pad production ＞ 2 years Able to understand various chemicals and relationship of those chemicals to improve the material /product performance in terms of reducing or increasing thermal conductivity Use polymer/ material science to identify those chemicals that can improve performances in removing/ reducing heat in electrical components Manage material test in Chemical Laboratory Identify equipment, create test standards, and register those standards in the company system. Develop materials to meet customer thermal pad application. English skill is required With strong initiative to develop new product. Know-how about Quality Management System/ISO Standard such as; ISO I9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3 etc. Know-how about quality control to avoid any reject/defect of the product. Able to work under pressure and in minimal supervision.〝

1. Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 quality system 3. Knowledge on how to read customers drawing/ ability to use Auto CAD&CAM/ understanding of Silicone rubber/Rubber material. 4. Basic knowledge of Elastomer rubber keypad production process inclusive tool room machine. 5. English Language skills are required. 6. Minimum of 5 years work-experience in Asst. Manager or higher-level position in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad

1. Minimum of 3 years work-experience in silicone keypad or Rubber molding process in automotive or non-automotive industry 2. Determine and maintain process parameters of machinery. As well as provide changes to continuously improve and maintain the production process. Ability to conduct effective process set up, verify the set up and ensure it meets all related standards and meet customers specific requirements 3. Conduct process buy of tool and machinery from time to time together with project engineers. 4.Support engineer to create standards for manufacturing of keypad or rubber parts and conduct trouble shooting activities to optimize molding process and tool. 5. Basic English Language Skills and Computer Literacy are required. 6. Basic understanding regarding quality management system e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc. is mandatory.

〝1. Minimum of 2-year sales working experience in Thermal Pad 2. Understand the process, material, and various application of Thermal pad either silicone or non-silicone in automotive and non-automotive industry. 3. Able to make recommendation based on application to customer on what type of Thermal interphase materials are required and related specification. 4. Good communication & interpersonal skill and presentation skill 5. Ability to expand new customers.〝
