• Maintain customer relationship
• Take the customer’s purchase orders. Resolve and overcome order fulfilment issues that sales team encounters
• Manage customer complaint and quality incident profoundly.
• Be capable of liaising with departments concerned and accountable for the negotiation of commercial clauses
• Participate in general agreements or contracts related
• Lead customer visit and visit customer
• Review account receivable
• Make and review rolling forecast and weekly forecast
• Carry out new projects safely and timely
• Take part in a team’s budget planning
• Get involved in line capacity allocation and work out appropriate solutions for customers
• Coordinate assignments across departments concerned
• Gather customer’s information. Manage and enhance customer relationship
• At least 8-years’ experience in sales or market field and 3 years’ experience in the leading position.
• Take high responsibility to carry out the coordination among sales team and various departments.
• Equip with the capability of contract review.
• Be capable of working out a capacity solution with departments concerned.
