    • Account Manager Germany

      • Follow up with German speaking and pan-European prospects in order to establish new client accounts 

      • Use internal database to register and manage prospects 

      • Leverage industry contacts, cold calling and social media to establish new business opportunities 

      • Prepare for and attend industry trade shows as required 

      •  

      • Client & Project Management 

      • Sell Pro QC & EDS International’s services to clients in Europe (https://proqc.com/services/, https://eds-international.com/services/) 

      • Service and grow existing client accounts  

      • Liaise with global operations to prepare proposals and pricing for client projects 

      • Translate client requirements from German to English as required 

      • Collaborate with global sales teams when client has purchasing or operation offices in multiple regions 

      • Use internal database to manage client relationships and internal communication 

      • Negotiate pricing with clients as required 

      • Follow up with clients before and after jobs to maintain a strong relationship, upsell services and identify opportunities with other departments or geographies 

      • Ensure accuracy of invoices before release to client 

      • Ensure account receivable collection by interacting with internal and client accounting departments as required 

      • Follow up client complaints and initiate 8D process when required (problem solving process) 

      • Travel to visit key clients  

      • Inactive client follow-up, marketing and reactivation 

      • Assist with annual and periodic sales planning and statistics 

      • Participate in Global Sales and Marketing call (bi-monthly) 

      •  

      • Marketing 

      • Assist with the marketing initiatives to support the sales process, e.g. German website content or translation 

      • Leverage personal contacts and social media to market Pro QC and EDS International, e.g. LinkedIn, Xing. 

       

      • At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience  

      • Engineering or supply chain experience preferred
